CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Customers are responsible for all customs charges and import taxes that may occur. Fitzygogo! cannot be held responsible for any customs delays that may happen.
IF YOUR FITZYGOGO! ORDER GOES MISSING
The estimated delivery time for the UK is 1 - 3 business days, however sometimes orders can take longer to arrive then originally anticipated, especially around Christmas time. Most orders will arrive within 2 weeks, if your Fitzygogo! goodies don't arrive within that time then please message me via the contact page and I will investigate for you. If you are an EU or international customer then please wait up to 4 weeks before messaging me.
It can sometimes be a bit tricky ordering the right size t-shirt, vest top or sweatshirt online. Fitzygogo! will exchange any tee/vest/sweat for the correct size. To receive an exchange you must first return your items by post at your own expense. All returned items must be in the same condition (unworn, unwashed) as they originally arrived to you in.
If you aren't 100% happy with your Fitzygogo! goodies then please email me via the contact page to organise a full refund/exchange.
If there is something wrong with your order (e.g ripped t-shirt, damage print, incorrect order) then please email me via the contact page straight away. To receive a replacement you will need to return your items via post at your own expense which Fitzygogo! will reimburse your postage costs on receipt of your package. I do apologise for any mistakes, I do try my best to avoid them.
Please try to post all exchange/refund items within 7 - 14 days of the date you received them.
Refunds will be available within 30 days after receipt of payment. After 30 days items returned will only be eligible for an exchange (item of same value).
Items that have been bought on sale or through a special offer can't be refunded or exchanged.
One super duper important thing to remember, all exchanges will be made at my discretion. Any Fitzygogo! goodies returned that have been damaged or stained in any way (e.g make up or deodorant stain on clothing) after you have received them won't be eligible for a refund or exchange. They will be returned to you immediately.
Before posting anything please email me via the contact page.
When posting back items please show some love and care in how you package them. Remember, the Fitzygogo! goodies are your responsibility until I receive them. You may want to send them via Royal Mail First Class Signed For and get proof of postage.
In your return package include the following information:

All refunds will be made via Paypal. Although I will process your refund immediately on receiving your goods, it may take a few days for the money to appear back in your Paypal account. I will contact you to confirm payment has been made.
Do you have a leather jacket or handbag you would like customised and painted? Are you starting a new business and looking for a retro style logo and branding? In need of a unique gift for a friend or family member? Love something in the Fitzygogo! shop and would like it customised just for you? Fitzygogo! is available for commission work throughout the year, just drop me a message via the contact page, I would love to hear from you!
I want you to totally love your special 'one-off' Fitzygogo! creation. At the beginning we will chat about exactly what you would like, when you would like the commission completed and I will also provide you with an overall fee for the work. It would be fantastic if you could provide any photos of what you would like or something similar, images can be a massive help! Once I have a full picture of what you would like I will draw up an initial ink design which I will send to you for your approval before going any further.
Before starting I will require a non-refundable 25% deposit.
Throughout working on the commission I will check in with you and email progress shots to make sure you are happy with your creation. Don't ever hesitate to request any changes, I want you to be totally happy with your finished piece. Please remember, the first change will be free, however any further changes may incur extra charges.
If you decide to cancel your order you will not receive your deposit back. If possible the piece will be sold to another customer or re-used for another project.
BECOMING A FITZYGOGO! STOCKIST
Do you fancy stocking Fitzygogo! goodies in your bricks and mortar shop, art gallery or online store? Please drop me a message via the contact page, I would love to hear from you! Currently the only stockist option available is sale or return.
SALE OR RETURN
How Fitzygogo! does sale or return is you get to choose which goodies you would like to stock and how many. However, all goodies remain the property of Fitzygogo! until they are purchased by the end customer and Fitzygogo! has received full payment.
Pricing and Commission
You will be provided with a catalogue for to choose your Fitzygogo! goodies from. Together with Fitzygogo! you will decide on a price for each item. The commission will be entirely your decision, however you will need to tell Fitzygogo! exactly how much it will be.
Regarding in store sales, I'm more than happy for you to offer 15% off all Fitzygogo! goodies. However, any larger discounts will need to be run by me first.
Payment of Sold Fitzygogo! Goodies
On the last Friday of each month you will need to supply via email a list of all Fitzygogo! goodies sold during that month. Details including sizes, colours, designs and quantities will need to be included. Fitzygogo! will then provide you with an invoice which will need to be paid by the specified due date via online bank transfer.
Who is responsible for Fitzygogo! goodies while in possession of the retailer?
The retailer will be responsible for all Fitzygogo! goodies in their shop or gallery. You will be expected to have insurance to cover any fire, flooding, theft or any other potential loss of Fitzygogo! goodies.
I am more than happy for you to rotate Fitzygogo! goodies in and out of your shop or gallery, however it would be great if you could let me know your plans in advance. I might like to ask to have the work returned rather then be placed in a storage room.
What if a customer would like to purchase Fitzygogo! goodies which aren't available in your store or gallery?
If a customer would like to purchase a Fitzygogo! item which isn't stocked in your store or gallery then don't worry, that isn't a problem. Just check to make sure it is available online then take full payment from your customer and let Fitzygogo! know asap. I will be responsible for shipping and costs, the order will arrive via Royal Mail First Class Signed For within 1 - 3 business days. You will receive your usual commission and the sale will need to be included on the sales list at the end of the month.
Fitzygogo! will be responsible for shipping including costs, your order will arrive via Royal Mail First Class Signed For. Included in the package will be a printed copy of the full inventory which you will also receive via email.
The retailer will be responsible for the return shipping including costs of any unsold Fitzygogo! goodies. You will need to return packages via Royal Mail First Class Signed For. Please show love and care when packing Fitzygogo! goodies, you will be held responsible for any damage caused during transportation. All Fitzygogo! goodies must be returned in good condition and still be able to be sold.
